What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end bid process: PQQs, tenders, capability statements, and presentations
• Create, manage, and improve bid libraries and support materials
• Produce engaging bid files and documents that stand out
• Support marketing activities including website content, award entries, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate across all studios, with occasional travel to Manchester, Leeds, London, and Scotland

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing bids (ideally within the built environment)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
• Confidence in managing and improving bid processes
• APMP membership (or working towards it) is highly desirable
