About the Block Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join a reputable residential property developer. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional looking for a developer-side role with a structured portfolio, hybrid working, and no AGM commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments on behalf of a well-established property developer.
• Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders and residents, delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Oversee maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and property standards.
• Provide guidance to clients and directors on property-related matters.
• Support the wider property team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in residential block or estate management.
• IRPM or TPI qualification (desirable, not essential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied portfolio.
• Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
• A professional, client-focused approach.
