I’m currently partnering with a top-tier industry name on the hunt for a mid-senior level BMS Project Engineer to join an exciting new contract in Central London. If you’re skilled across commissioning, software, graphics, and project delivery - this role could be your perfect fit.

Role

BMS Project Engineer

• Immediate start available
• 6-Month Contract (potential to extend)
• Hybrid working (Central London base)
• Outside IR35
• Daily rate: DOE

What you'll be doing

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously (values £50k-£250k+, ideally up to £250k+)
• Supporting delivery across commissioning, service, software, and graphics
• Producing BMS software and graphics from scratch
• Producing design documentation (DesOps, Points Lists, RAMs etc)
• Programme planning and progress reporting
• Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven BMS commissioning & software experience
• Strong software and graphics production skills
• Trend, Tridium, Distech, or Schneider EcoStruxure experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with precision and efficiency
• Versatility to step into different BMS disciplines as needed
