LOCATION: London – Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £28,100 - £40,633 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact- Support the development of clear, focused campaign briefs (training provided).
- Collaborate on creative concepts, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards.
- Assist or lead on event and partnership activities.
- Use audience insights to inform creative decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively flag risks or issues.
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Comms, Media) to deliver impactful work.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience planning or delivering a campaign or event.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and giving constructive feedback.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with the BBC’s content, brand guidelines, or values.
- Interest in media, entertainment, or broadcasting.
- Understanding of audience engagement, especially with 16–24-year-olds.
- Flexible and open to learning new approaches and tools.
- Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies.
