As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development and execution of multi‑channel campaigns that drive consumer engagement and brand growth. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, you’ll ensure impactful delivery and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Marketing Manager will lead key consumer acquisition campaigns and drive brand awareness through strategic, multi‑channel initiatives. You’ll manage seasonal promotions, oversee the deployment of the brand campaign, and ensure consistent brand identity across different channels. The role also supports in‑store rebranding efforts in collaboration with Trade Marketing, helping to elevate brand visibility in indirect retail channels.

This role is based at our Hammersmith office in London and requires on‑site presence at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plans that align with business objectives and consumer insights.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, retail, experiential, and media.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to ensure timely and high‑quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial, Legal, Digital, and Product to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Support product launches and brand activations, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Key Requirements

  • A brand marketer with 3+ years’ experience, ideally in FMCG, who knows how to build impact.
  • A confident collaborator with strong stakeholder and third‑party relationship skills.
  • Someone who turns consumer insights into action and thrives in Agile/FFWD environments.
  • A strategic thinker with expertise in integrated marketing, content planning, and digital/trade channel engagement.
  • A problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset, known for reliability and follow‑through.
  • A champion of transparency, inclusion, and constructive challenge, who leads with resilience.
