This includes developing robust brand positioning, creative strategies, and foundational insights that inspire and guide cross-functional teams. A core expectation is to champion the identification and development of future pipeline opportunities, ensuring the brand's relevance and leadership in a dynamic, competitive landscape.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Development: Lead the strategic exploration and definition of future pipeline opportunities, whether through the extension of ZYN or the incubation of new brands and product concepts.Brand Frameworks & Positioning: Interpret business goals and market insights to build compelling, differentiated brand frameworks. Define and articulate brand positioning and creative strategy for new product launches.Close Collaboration with Creative & Design Teams: Work hand-in-hand with creative and design teams to ensure the brand strategy is not only understood but also flawlessly executed and articulated across all consumer touchpoints.
