Overview

Building Surveyor (PPP & Property Services) at WSP. Role involves delivering building survey and project work for clients including planning and building regulations applications, tender documents and contract administration using NEC3 and other contracts. Client base includes investors, funders, developers, asset operators, national government agencies, local authorities and healthcare trusts.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the responsibility of service delivery as a Building Surveyor
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the team
• Deliver client-facing advisory services to a high standard
• Carry out various types of building surveys and project work for a wide range of clients
• Prepare planning and building regulations applications, tender documents, and contract administration (NEC3 and other contracts)
• Support MRICS qualification pursuit and travel to London/Birmingham offices

Qualifications

• Newly Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards MRICS with post-graduation experience
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver high-quality, timely services
• Ability to understand financial impact of work
• Commitment to team and business unit objectives
