The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional for the role of Bullion Broker, with a proven track record in maintaining high conversion rates, and meticulous planning habits. As a Bullion Broker, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales, cultivating relationships with clients, and supporting the company's overall sales function. All enquiries are warm and inbound calls from people looking to invest in gold or silver.As a maturing company enjoying sustained expansion, this role has the opportunity and flexibility to grow. Role responsibilitiesConvert enquiries into sales.Cultivate relationships with clients to cross-sell and up-sell productsMaintain high standards of planning habits and sales administrationUndertake administration that supports the company's sales function, including documenting trades.Write blogs and articles for the website and financial press.Source, explore, and secure intermediary arrangements with introducers to earn continuing commissions.Create distribution channels through IFA sales to enhance volume-based repetitive orders.Cultivate and develop business infrastructure through marketing, innovative ideas, and additional revenue-generating mechanisms.Grow the entire business in line with the company's goals and objectives.
