iO Associates are working with a leading organisation in South Wales to recruit a Business Analyst with proven experience in Agile delivery and the banking domain. This is a hands on role where you'll work closely with cross functional teams to define clear user stories, support digital transformation initiatives and drive fast paced strategic change.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analysis experience within the banking/financial services sector
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Expertise in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

This is an urgent requirement with interviews taking place next week.
