We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for technology and collaboration. Someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, working with multifunctional teams across software development, testing, and data.

This is a key role where you’ll gather requirements, analyse business processes, and work closely with technical stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the focal point for product and system knowledge, working closely with software development and operational teams
  • Collaborating with technical stakeholders across development, testing, and data to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements from key internal stakeholders across IT and the wider business
  • Supporting the delivery of greenfield projects that contribute to the organisation’s ethical, mission-driven goals
  • Analysing and mapping business processes, systems, and products to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Reviewing and supporting operational resilience and performance
  • Manage requirements, backlogs, and documentation
  • Supporting Agile ways of working across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology-led environments
  • Background in working with technical teams (Software Engineering, Test, DevOps, Data, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and operational information
  • Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
