Location: Hybrid (Brighton-based, 1-2 days per week onsite)

Contract: 6 months initial (possible extension) | Inside IR35

Day Rate: £650 - £750 (dependent on experience)

Start Date: 13th October 2025 (non-negotiable)

I’m currently looking for experienced Business Change Consultants to join a large UK Public Body undergoing a major digital transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-level change programmes that will have a significant impact across the organisation.

About the Roles:

You’ll be working as either a Business Change Lead Specialist or a Senior Strategic Business Change Lead, partnering closely with senior leaders to develop and embed robust change management frameworks. You’ll guide teams through complex transformations, ensuring sustainable outcomes and value realisation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead or support business-critical change initiatives with a focus on people-centred transformation
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver change strategies that align with organisational goals
• Develop and execute comprehensive change plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders to embed new ways of working and build change resilience
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to address barriers and drive adoption
• Track and report on benefits realisation and value from change initiatives
• Apply your expertise in change methodologies (ProSci, Agile, Kotter) with flexibility and creativity

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide business change across complex organisations, preferably within public sector, local government, financial services, or regulatory environments
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills at senior levels
• Experience coaching leaders and teams through transformation
• Ability to lead or support teams to embed lasting change and build organisational capability
