The opportunity: As the leader of the Business Change Management team, you will be accountable for designing and managing business change campaigns to implement and drive adoption of technology products across EY’s employees. You’ll create compelling business change campaigns that resonate at all levels of the company and reinforce EY’s contribution to building a better working world.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Change Management Lead is expected to lead a team of five to ten Business Change Management professionals to support large, complex change projects across the Enterprise Technology organization.
  • Create holistic business change plans tailored to product, audience, legal/regulatory practices and digital adoption; drive different behavioral changes to increase productivity across the adoption curve.
  • Understand market and user demands, build and run adoption change campaigns at scale, and plan, report, communicate, and drive execution.
  • This is a non-client facing role with flexibility to work from home with limited travel; role guided by the BRM Service Adoption Lead.

Qualifications

  • Business Change Management Expertise: 8-10 years leading and managing complex business change plans for technology updates. Deliverables include change readiness assessment, end user impact assessment, business change plan and stakeholder register.
  • Technology Expertise: Experience delivering change programs in Mobile, Security, Microsoft M365 and Collaboration products and services.
  • Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, Leadership, and Communication Skills.
  • Project Management proficiency to plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives; Analytical skills to inform decisions and assess impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement, Adaptability, and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Ideally, PROSCI certification is desired and experience with data-driven reporting and analytics.

Desirable Qualities

  • Excellent active listening, adaptability, and consultative questioning, influencing and innovative thinking skills.
  • Experience managing indirect resources from other teams and content production/planning calendars; familiarity with gamification and engagement tactics.
