Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to make an impact on an exciting tech programme?

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a meaningful purpose. As Business Change Manager, you will lead a major EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) upgrade programme that benefits the organisation and its customers. Your focus will be on phases 2 and 3, replacing EPoS hardware across the UK and overhauling backend stock management systems. You should be able to apply proven change management theories, craft engaging communications, and deliver effective training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead change initiatives across the EPoS upgrade programme, aligning with the organisation's strategic vision.
  2. Develop and deliver change plans, training, and communications.
  3. Engage and support stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption, and track benefits realization.
  5. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  6. Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to implement change management independently.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience managing and delivering successful change in complex organisations.
  2. Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR), and tools.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Experience in designing and facilitating workshops to capture requirements and data.
  5. Confident influencing skills and the ability to stand your ground.
  6. Collaborative mindset with a passion for making a difference.
  7. Leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Swindon office (once or twice a month).
