Business Change Project Manager

Hybrid (North Wales -1-2 days/week )

FTC 12-18 months or Permanent

£60,000 -£75,000 + Benefits

Following a recently completed acquisition, a market-leading consumer services business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation and is looking for a Business Change Project Manager to join their team. Backed by a major private investment group with a track record of building market leading business’, the company is expanding its footprint and evolving into a broader home services platform.

This role offers the chance to help shape the future as it becomes part of a wider European vision. The ambition: to grow into the go-to provider for all in-and-around-the-home services across the UK and Europe.

• You’ll work directly with the CEO and FD on high-impact, board-level projects.
• You’ll help lead on key business change and transformation projects that sit across legal, operations and tech.

This isn’t just a delivery role - it’s about driving and defining the change. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex business change initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Supporting legal negotiations and transitioning into a new structure.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
• Overseeing customer and systems migrations in partnership with internal tech teams.
• Helping to establish project delivery best practices across a scaling organisation.

To be successful as the Project Manager, all you need to have is;

You’ll need to bring a mix of gravitas, pace, and strategic awareness. Specifically:

️ Strong business change experience (not just IT project delivery)

️ Experience working with boards and senior leaders on transformation projects

️ Track record of building or refining project and change management processes

️Able to handle legal, operational, and tech-focused workstreams
