The Role

We’re looking for an Incident Planning & Business Continuity Manager to strengthen our emergency preparedness and organisational resilience. You’ll lead planning, risk assessments, exercises, and training, while coordinating with regulators and emergency services.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and test emergency and continuity plans
  • Lead risk assessments and recovery strategies
  • Coordinate with regulators, emergency services, and local resilience forums
  • Deliver training and exercises in incident response
  • Act as point of contact during incidents and lead post-incident reviews
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor emerging risks

About You

  • Experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, or resilience disciplines
  • Knowledge of COMAH and other relevant legislation
  • Comfortable guiding teams, sharing ideas clearly, and analysing complex information
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experience delivering training and presentations
  • Full driving licence

Salary

Basic salary of £48,000 - £52,000 + benefits
