This hybrid of commercial execution and strategic insight makes the role ideal for someone who is both analytical and results-driven.### ### You may have held roles such as Senior Sales Specialist, Business Development, and have a strong sales background.### ### What You’ll Do:* ### Partner closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and Sales team to track and interpret key sales performance metrics.* ### Contribute to the development and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards and reports that guide decision-making and pipeline strategy.* ### Identify trends and opportunities within the sales funnel, offering actionable insights to optimize sales efforts and support scalable growth.* ### Proactively seek out and engage growing or high-potential businesses, converting them into active Bokun platform users.* ### Nurture and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers, helping them understand the value of Bokun and supporting their onboarding and activation.* ### Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted outreach and consultative engagement.* ### Conduct high-quality discovery and solution-selling via phone and webinars to demonstrate the benefits of our Experiences SaaS platform.* ### Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets, including new supplier acquisition, account reactivation, and other related KPIs.### What You’ll Bring to the Team:* ### 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with hands-on exposure to sales targets and performance metrics.* ### A proven ability to identify and grow new business opportunities, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.* ### Experience in sales reporting and data analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).* ### Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.* ### Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently, balancing commercial execution with strategic thinking.* ### Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.* ### A track record of exceeding performance targets through proactive engagement and thoughtful account nurturing.* ### High commercial awareness and a passion for identifying strategic opportunities for growth.### If you’re driven, curious, and excited by the prospect of helping growing businesses succeed through innovative technology, we’d love to hear from you.
