Job Title: Business Development Manager – UK (Bedbank)

Location: Hybrid (UK-based, with flexibility to work from home and travel for meetings/events)

With over 2.3 million hotels integrated and up to 70% discount in some destinations, our platform displays the discounted rate against the published rate, enabling travel agents to instantly see savings and book with confidence, saving both time and money.

Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, building and nurturing relationships with travel trade clients, and expanding Hotelwebb’s market presence. You will work closely with the senior management team to meet ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new travel trade partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
• Work with marketing and product teams to design sales campaigns and promotional offers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to represent Hotelwebb.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ proven experience in a bedbank, wholesaler, or travel trade sales role.
• Strong understanding of B2B hotel distribution and the UK travel industry.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.
