Overview

Flowtech is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the North East. Working closely with our Newcastle upon Tyne/North Shields branch, you’ll be out in the field, building relationships and driving growth in Fluid Power solutions – including hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and compressed air.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in technical sales, ideally pneumatics or fluid power
  • OR strong commercial sales experience in industrial/engineering markets
  • Confident in key account management and new business development
  • Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen

The role

  • Develop and implement account strategies to deliver revenue and margin growth
  • Convert leads into long-term partnerships with persuasive proposals and solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects and manage quotations
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders
  • £45–50k base salary + highly achievable bonus scheme
