About the Company

• A fast growing provider of SaaS and solutions helping businesses streamline operations and scale effectively.
• With strong growth plans and an expanding client base, they’re now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team.

About the Role

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Deliver engaging client meetings and demos
• Understand client needs and shape tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
• Negotiate and secure commercial agreements
• Build long-term, trusted client partnerships

About You

• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
• Tech/SaaS or services background is a bonus
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-focused

The Package

• Up to £50,000 base DOE + Commission
• Hybrid: 3 office / 2 remote
