We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in expanding Anzu's presence in the mobile and PC gaming industry by identifying and securing partnerships with game publishers.

This role offers significant growth potential within Anzu, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and eventually lead a business development team. We seek a candidate who excels individually and demonstrates leadership qualities to mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.

This is a remote position; the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively from a remote environment.

What will you do?

  1. Build targeted lists of mobile and HD games for monetization through the integration of Anzu's intrinsic ad SDK.
  2. Develop compelling ad monetization business cases for game publishers.
  3. Collaborate with Anzu's tech and creative teams, as well as third parties, to optimize and present our offerings.
  4. Negotiate favorable terms with game publishers.
  5. Meet and exceed quotas for the number and quality of signed games.
  6. Cultivate strong relationships with major gaming groups to secure additional game partnerships.
