This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. Some work from home is acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key tasks include lead generation, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong skills in lead generation and market research
• Ability to identify and develop relationships with potential clients
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing, maritime, machinery, or automotive sectors is a plus
