Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop strategies to expand the company's market presence, and collaborate with internal teams to respond to client needs. This role involves some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to develop and implement effective market strategies
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
