Job Description:

• 30 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Office location: Whiteladies Rd, City center
• 1-2 weeks international travel annually (North America, Europe, APAC)

This is not your ordinary BDR opportunity!

• This is a sales role but with zero cold-calling
• Strategic focus with pre-mapped territory and high-opportunity target list
• Outbound email, in-person meetings, and LinkedIn outreach; no inbound leads
• Join a rapidly scaling industry (supply chain, global trade, risk management)
• Paid per meeting and 15% commission on closed deal value, split with account manager
• Recurring earnings from account maximization for 1 year from account opening
• On-target earnings (OTE) could range from £15,000 to £100,000 depending on account quality

Qualifications and Qualities:

• Experience in sales, but not necessarily salesy personality
• Experience in SaaS or related markets
• Creative, innovative, and proactive in building and improving processes
• Excellent organizational skills, managing diaries, tasks, and goals
• Driven, competitive, and motivated to prove oneself
• Big-picture thinker and proactive doer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Research-oriented, comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and media for learning
• Fast learner with a strong ability to find answers independently
• Focused and able to concentrate for hours
• Good business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
• Calm under pressure, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
