Responsibilities

  • Targeting & Research: Identify and research suitable target accounts, decision-makers, and channel partners using tools like LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Outreach & Pipeline Generation: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media) to generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and meet activity targets.
  • Messaging: Develop and deliver compelling, tailored messaging and creative campaigns to engage prospects, uncover pain points, and present Eppione’s value.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present solutions to prospects, creating persuasive business cases that align with their needs and drive high conversion rates.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and provide regular performance reports, including pipeline updates and forecast vs. targets.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and internal teams to align on lead gen strategies and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • Partner Growth: Support and grow partner relationships by demonstrating value, driving joint opportunities, and identifying new channel prospects.
  • Market Knowledge & Positioning: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Eppione’s differentiators to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Professionalism & Customer Experience: Represent Eppione with professionalism throughout the pre-sales cycle, ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and customer-focused interactions.

Key Objectives

  • Build a sales pipeline by contacting target accounts via various channels and achieving agreed activity targets.
  • Hit new business development targets, including the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Qualified Sales Opportunities (QSOs).
  • Generate new customer meetings and qualified sales opportunities; improve conversion rates to paying customers.
  • Provide regular reporting to the line manager on sales activity and pipeline status.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas to help the business.

You have

  • A desire to build a career in Sales.
  • 1+ years in a sales development/business development function or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a high propensity for self-development.
  • Self-motivation and accountability in an unstructured environment.

Location and Travel

  • This position can be based in Dublin 1 or London; some travel within the EU and the USA may be required.
