With the continued success of our new business team we are looking to hire multiple Business Development Representatives in the UK. You'll partner with one of our seasoned Account Executives or Directors, selling the Benifex OneHub product suite to customers across mid market and enterprise. Creating new business opportunities with and finding ways to bring value to HR, Benefits and Rewards Leaders.

This role is predominantly focused on outbound new business. You’ll need to generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for your Account Executive/Director. This will involve identifying opportunities through inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels.

Our sales tech stack: Salesforce, SalesNav, Zoominfo, Outreach.

Benifex understands the need to have a fast and efficient process, the below will all be completed in the shortest time possible.

Initial informal call with the Talent team - 30 min

Online tests in numeracy and logical reasoning

Interview with the Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager - 60 min

Final interview with one of our Senior Leaders - 30-45 min
