I’m working with a leading global e-commerce company to help them find a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team. This is a fantastic 6-month contract opportunity to work with a world-class brand and make a real impact by expanding their UK seller network.

Location: UK (Hybrid/On-site – to be discussed)

Experience required: 1+ year in a BDR or similar role

Identify and engage prospective UK-based sellers to join a major online marketplace

Schedule qualification meetings between potential sellers and internal account managers

Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM system (Salesforce or similar)

Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless lead handovers

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach and meeting bookings

Conduct market research to discover new seller opportunities

You’ll Need:

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Proven record of hitting or exceeding business targets

Strong organisational and time management skills

Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM

️ Background in e-commerce or retail

Strong research and analytical skills

Experience in B2B sales or business development

Demonstrated success in lead generation
