Finance Insights Analyst Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working – 1 to 2 days in an office per week, Bradford/Leeds) Employment type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

We protect the environment, safeguard communities, and ensure clean, safe drinking water 24/7, 365 days a year. The Finance function is key to meeting evolving customer and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities:
Perform standardised reporting and forecasting processes that deliver insight to commercial and regulatory finance teams and feed Group Financial Control reporting. Conduct assessments and analysis of commercial/procurement proposals to support business partners in sourcing decisions (baseline and benefits). Provide ad‑hoc data analysis to support deployed business partnering. Execute designated roles in data supply chains to deliver standard and consistent outputs. Account for continuous and controlled improvement of processes. Update and follow processes included in the integrated management system relevant to the Business Insights team accountabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified accountant or progressing toward qualification. Prior experience leading finance projects. Experience using data to drive insights that affect performance. Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools for financial insights, dashboards, and automated reports. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. High numeracy skills. Experience with process control and compliance.
