  • Monitor and maintain internal KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support and troubleshoot Power BI service issues, including access requests, gateway problems, refresh failures and performance optimisation.
  • Design, write and optimise advanced DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations to ensure robust, high-performing models.
  • Design and maintain efficient SQL queries to extract, transform and load data from source systems into Power BI dataflows and models.
  • Develop and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate and custom solutions with Power Apps to support end-to-end reporting and process improvement.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas, innovations and technical insight to the team; act as a knowledge sharer and problem-solver.
  • Work to project deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with our information security standards and governance processes.
