Hybrid - West Yorkshire (2x days per month). We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to take ownership of building and managing a modern data warehouse environment for a market-leading UK business with a strong national presence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a small, collaborative team, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive insight and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Build and manage a data warehouse end-to-end, integrating data from multiple core platforms
  • Work hands-on with Azure Data Factory for data extraction, transformation, and loading into an Azure SQL Data Warehouse
  • Collaborate with Power BI developers to create effective data models and reporting solutions
  • Operate within a CI/CD environment, engaging with wider software development teams
  • Ensure robust connections and integrations (e.g. gateway setup) to enable seamless data flow

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Data Warehouse
  • Proven track record of managing a data warehouse lifecycle end-to-end
  • Experience with Power BI for data modelling and analytics
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with software developers (desirable)
  • Comfortable working both independently and in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Adaptable and flexible – experience in smaller, agile teams a plus
