We’re working with a leading non-profit organisation looking for a skilled BI Developer to join their growing data team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges and delivering impactful insights.

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 Days On Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI dashboards with strong data modelling.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Databricks.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support and optimise the organisation’s data warehouse and reporting infrastructure.
• Champion best practices in BI and data visualisation.
