This role will be based in our Kings Langley office working on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office.)
The position
RES is on a transformation journey, and we would like you to be a part of that.
We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join the Business Transformation team as a Business Process Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and processes and wants to learn under the guidance of an experienced leader.
Initially reporting to the Vice President, Business Transformation, Group, you will play a key role in supporting process improvement initiatives by analysing data, mapping workflows, and preparing clear reports and presentations.
Accountabilities
- Map current (“as-is”) business processes and document workflows
- Analyse and interpret data in Excel to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports to support decision-making
- Assist building PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder communication
- Assist in workshops and stakeholder interviews, capturing key points and actions
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain process documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic PowerPoint skills for creating clear, structured presentations
- Analytical Mindset
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver on time
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills for working with stakeholders
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior exposure to process improvement or data analysis is a plus
