Business Support Administrator (12 month contract)

Kiwa Agri Food is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll support various commercial administration activities, including liaising with suppliers and customers, raising purchase orders, and generating sales invoices. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position, based in Harrogate.
Overview:
- Support service line teams with new customer setup and projects within our sales platform
- Provide order acknowledgements to customers once a purchase order has been received
- Create and distribute sales invoices
- Assist the Finance team in resolving disputes and recovering outstanding payments
- Prepare customer fee-paid reports and create fee journals
- Manage high-volume invoicing periods (e.g., scheme renewals, pass-through fees)
- Set up new suppliers within our sales platform
- Coordinate purchase order and invoice approvals within Agri Food
- Act as first-line support for supplier credit notes, refunds, or delivery inquiries
- Provide ad hoc admin support, including purchase cards, expenses, timesheets, and contract coordination
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tasks within tight timescales and deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proactive, flexible, and results-driven with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- The ability to engage and influence colleagues to achieve goals
Qualifications & Benefits:
