We’re looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Colchester-based team on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) after an initial training period. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our operations team.We’re focused on offering a high touch, high tech, high content experience, working as an extension of our clients’ own organisations – their out-of-house travel department. We’re always on the lookout for skilled and motivated individuals to become part of the Gray Dawes family.What You’ll DoProvide high levels of customer service: handle enquiries and reservations, respond professionally, arrange and confirm bookings, and build traveller profiles to meet their needs.Carry out research for clients to ensure they get the best deal.Process e-tickets and travel documentation.Offer advice and guidance on available options for each itinerary, including visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.Handle refunds and cancellations.What we’re looking forYou’ll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in business travel.You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal reasoning skills and great attention to detail.Confident in dealing directly with clients on a face-to-face basis.You’ll be happy to work between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.What We Can OfferCash plan scheme (after probationary period has been completed)Group Life Cover (after probationary period has been completed)Volunteering daysChristmas Savings SchemeSeason Ticket LoansSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceTravel Arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
