Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced CDT Power BI Associate or Manager at RSM UK. Our consulting team offers expertise across six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk management.

Our solutions address clients' needs as they pursue growth, acquisitions, private equity investments, and risk management. We focus on delivering data-driven insights, assurance, and high-quality execution to help clients build sustainable businesses.

Join our expanding team as we grow our digital capabilities, strengthen our global presence, and build strong client relationships. The RSM Consulting Digital Team (CDT) provides a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with clients, establishing trust and credibility.

You will make an impact by:

  1. Designing, building, and maintaining finance-focused Power BI dashboards across industries.
  2. Developing scalable data models and writing reusable DAX measures.
  3. Performing data transformations using Power Query (M).
  4. Ensuring visualizations follow best practices for performance, readability, and accessibility.
  5. Managing report lifecycle, including version control, documentation, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
  6. Collaborating with finance stakeholders to interpret needs and create visual insights.
  7. Maintaining documentation standards for data sources and reporting logic.
  8. Staying updated on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features, contributing to internal strategies.
