Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced CDT Power BI Associate or Manager to join RSM UK. Our consulting team delivers core solutions in business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance support, and risk and governance. We focus on addressing clients' needs with data-driven insights and high-quality execution, supporting global expansion, acquisitions, private equity, and governance.

This role involves working closely with clients to establish trust, design and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop data models, perform data transformations, ensure best visualisation practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business needs.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant degree (business, data analytics, computer science, or information systems)
• Experience with Power BI Desktop and Service in a commercial environment
• Advanced DAX knowledge and performance tuning
• Understanding of data modelling, star schema, and normalization
• Proficiency in Power Query (M)
• Knowledge of data visualisation principles and UI/UX design
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate insights effectively
• Attention to detail and high-quality deliverables
