We're currently looking for a Change Analyst on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
This position is within the Change team. We are flexible on the location of this role, with occasional travel to our Glasgow office.
The job
Reporting to the Change Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialist change analyst services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of change initiatives.
- Planning and leading change impact assessments, identifying and quantifying impacts, risks and issues.
- Leading business readiness activities including support models, training needs analysis, training plans, training delivery, and communication plans to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to BAU processes, enhancing user adoption and customer experience.
