Harvey Nash's Scottish based client is now recruiting for x2 Business Change Analysts to support the analysis activities, change impact assessment, communication requirements and training needs across a large-scale Cyber programme.
- Inside of IR35
- 8 months
- £350 a day
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite in an office in either Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness or Perth - the office location will depend on the location of the candidate.
The role
Support the IT Change Managers with the design, production and delivery of Change collateral and learning materials.
Actively engage with stakeholders across the company, collating feedback whilst helping to imbed business change activities.
A large part of this role will be coordination, tracking and communications.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytic mind set.
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong experience supporting Business change initiatives.
- Agile / Waterfall mythologies
- Experience in the people side of Technology change, i.e user adoption
- Experienced of the Adkar model.
