This is a 6 month fixed term staff contract opportunity.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in change management.

This role is remote working based in the UK.

The purpose of this role is to work within the Change Practice to support the delivery of Transformational and Operational change across our business. This role will report into the Change Practice Lead in the Strategy & Change Team within the People & Strategy Function.

Job Description

Support the Change Practice on the delivery of Transformational Change, e.g.

Data Analysis, for instance coordinating, gathering and consolidating stakeholder feedback, interviews, focus groups and questionnaires into actionable insights

Support the Change Practice with Operational Change, e.g.

Support the Head of Strategy & Change in the coordination of the Design Authority Governance forum through:

Support the Change Practice with Annual Planning inputs

How You’ll Do This

You will have a track record of successful delivery in an equivalent role with equivalent level of responsibility

You will be delivery focused with great attention to detail

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will be flexible in how you present information.

You will have effective stakeholder engagement skills and be confident to interact at all levels across the global organisation.

You will be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring cross project dependencies, efficiencies and opportunities are identified

You will have a good working knowledge and experience across the Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, and be familiar with Miro (or equivalent virtual whiteboard software) and Monday.com (or equivalent work/project management software)

You will have an understanding of change management methodologies

Qualifications

Certification in Change Management, or equivalent

Change or Business Analysis Experience

Demonstrated experience supporting large scale business change initiatives
