At Bromford Flagship, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and change, and are looking for a talented and driven change manager to join the change & readiness team within our integration office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you’ll be empowered to develop the change & readiness plans for key initiatives across the business, influence adoption and grow your own career.

As a change manager you’ll be instrumental in helping us embed meaningful change across our operating model and other strategic change programs. You will drive the planning and delivery of change interventions across strategic projects across multiple business areas. From facilitating impact assessments and change planning sessions to supporting leaders in guiding their teams through change, your work will be vital in ensuring our projects deliver tangible business benefits.

You’ll take ownership of high-quality documentation, provide detailed communication with subject matter experts, and ensure adoption and integration activities are aligned with our broader business goals. Your ability to work collaboratively across functions, maintain focus on efficiency, and support teams through the entire project lifecycle—from design and testing to training and implementation—will be key to your success.

This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton, London or Norwich with some travel across our geography required to deliver workshops. Regular home working is also available.
