Channel Partner Manager - Global

We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to support the growth of our client's patented 'real time water testing' instruments. This role involves managing and expanding a global distribution network, focusing on territories such as India, China, and the US, with opportunities for growth in other regions.

The candidate should have a technical and commercial understanding of environmental and water quality testing, supporting existing partners and developing new ones.

Objectives

• Develop and manage the global distributor network to drive sales, market penetration, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential distributors, setting performance targets aligned with company goals.
• Provide training and support, optimize distribution contracts, manage channel conflicts, and monitor performance metrics.
• Negotiate and manage commercially strong agreements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships.

The Person

• Proven experience in technical channel partner management internationally.
• Knowledge of water quality or related sectors is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be target-driven.
• Understanding of channel partner analysis and appointment criteria.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
