Channel Partner Manager - Global
We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to support the growth of our client's patented 'real time water testing' instruments. This role involves managing an existing global distribution network and expanding into new geographical territories.
The position is based on a hybrid model in the UK, with close connectivity to Worcestershire offices. The candidate will support market partners in regions such as India, China, and the US, and target growth in other countries.
The products are technologically advanced and continuously evolving, requiring candidates to have a suitable technical and commercial understanding to support engagement.
Objectives
- Develop and manage the global distributor network to drive sales, market penetration, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-potential distributors, develop strategic partnerships, and set performance targets aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide training and support, optimize distribution contracts, manage channel conflicts, and monitor performance metrics to ensure revenue growth across regions.
- Manage and deliver commercially strong agreements.
- Identify new relationships and expand existing ones.
The Person
- Proven track record in technical channel partner management internationally, including the UK.
- Knowledge of water quality and natural water environments preferred; relevant technical experience from other sectors will be considered.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be target-driven.
- Understanding of channel partner analysis and appointment criteria.
- Willingness to travel.
