As Charity Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and strengthening the charity side of their organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee service delivery, drive operational excellence, secure sustainable income, and ensure their teams are empowered to deliver high-impact support for children and families.

This role is perfect for an experienced charity leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic growth, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and championing inclusion and innovation. You’ll act as a key ambassador for the charity, building meaningful partnerships and influencing change that improves the lives of disabled children nationwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing visionary leadership and supporting their strategic goals.
  • Overseeing day-to-day service delivery across equipment provision, family support, volunteering, and campaigning.
  • Driving income generation and ensuring effective financial management.
  • Strengthening governance, compliance, and organisational resilience.
