Chief AI Officer, IgniteTech (Remote) - $400,000/year USD role at Trilogy. This is a full-time, long-term position with 100% global remote work. Applicants should be prepared to engage with IgniteTech leadership to drive an AI-first agenda across a broad product portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive AI Opportunity Matrices that strategically rank customer problems by AI feasibility, business value, and risk—guiding decisive go/no-go decisions and development prioritization
• Architect progressive AI-Enhanced Product Roadmaps that transform current offerings into AI-powered solutions, with clear dependencies, success metrics, and balanced timelines
• Create precise AI Feature Requirements translating advanced capabilities into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and robust fallback protocols
• Execute Customer AI Readiness Assessments identifying adoption barriers across segments and delivering targeted enablement plans to accelerate AI feature implementation

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Avoid bureaucratic approval processes that impede innovation; operate within a streamlined decision-making structure
• Develop AI features in isolation; work will be informed by customer needs and aligned with strategic business objectives
• Lead AI initiatives without measurable business impact; focus on production deployment and real value
• Operate with insufficient resources; IgniteTech provides the necessary support for AI transformation across the portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable business growth by strategically integrating Generative AI functionalities across IgniteTech’s entire product portfolio, directly impacting customer engagement, retention, and competitive advantage in enterprise software.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of launching at least 2 production-grade AI/ML-enabled products or major features
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions from concept to deployment and optimization
• Experience directing data science and ML engineering teams in a product leadership role, translating technical capabilities into business value

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
