Working directly with the CEO, you will architect our GenAI strategy across 30+ products, identify high-value opportunities, and execute transformative roadmaps that position IgniteTech at the vanguard of enterprise AI adoption. This is not a theoretical position—we require demonstrated success in bringing AI products to market and scaling them. What You Will Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive AI Opportunity Matrices that strategically rank customer problems by AI feasibility, business value, and risk—guiding decisive go/no-go decisions and development prioritization
• Architect progressive AI-Enhanced Product Roadmaps that systematically transform current offerings into AI-powered solutions, with clear dependencies, success metrics, and balanced implementation timelines
• Create precise AI Feature Requirements that translate advanced capabilities into actionable user stories, complete with rigorous acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and robust fallback protocols
• Execute Customer AI Readiness Assessments that identify adoption barriers across segments and deliver targeted enablement plans to accelerate successful AI feature implementation

Chief AI Officer Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable business growth by strategically integrating Generative AI functionalities across IgniteTech's entire product portfolio, directly impacting customer engagement, retention, and competitive advantage in the enterprise software market.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully launching at least 2 production-grade products or major features with AI/ML as core functionality—prototypes and experiments are insufficient
• Demonstrated expertise managing the complete product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from initial concept through development to scaled deployment and optimization
• Established experience directing data science and ML engineering teams from a product leadership position, effectively translating technical capabilities into business value

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
