Chief Product Officer – Private Equity Backed SaaS Scale-Up

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Defining and driving the product vision and roadmap to scale from £10m to £30m+ ARR

• Accelerating new product development with a focus on enterprise SaaS and data products

• Collaborating across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to deliver market-winning GTM strategies

• Identifying and supporting strategic acquisitions to broaden capability, reach and value

• Embedding a product-led growth culture across the organisation

• Assessing, shaping and scaling the internal Product function to deliver world-class outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a CPO in an international B2B SaaS scale-up

• A proven track record of launching new software products and significantly increasing ARR

• Strong familiarity with the private equity growth playbook (cadence, KPIs, rigour, reporting)

• Commercial acumen and the ability to translate market insight into product opportunity

• Hands-on leadership style with the strategic mindset to see the big picture and the detail to execute it
