We’re recruiting for a Protection Claims Assessor to join our dynamic team, to assess our Life and Disability claims, complying with controls which ensure claims are paid to legitimate claimants under LV=’s Protection products.

This is a permanent position, which will offer flexible home working /hybrid working once fully trained and competent in the role.

Some visits to Exeter may be necessary for key events and training (all expenses will be met).

You’ll be part of a wider team and have all the support you need, so whether you’re on the doorstep of the office or a bit further away, let’s talk about what an opportunity here could look like for you.

About You

We’re looking for someone with Life & Disability Income Protection claims experience who is empathetic, due to the nature of calls you will be handling, a real people person! You’ll need to be able to work under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. You will need to be good with numbers and a great communicator.
