Our client is a highly respected consultancy specialising in leadership development and training. They are known for delivering impactful programmes to a wide range of high-profile clients, and they are now seeking a Client Coordinator to join their collaborative and purpose-driven team.

This is a key role that acts as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of training projects. It’s a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training events (in-person and virtual), including travel arrangements, tech setup, documentation preparation, and facilitator support
  • Manage diaries and schedules for the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth calendar coordination across teams and clients
  • Act as a main point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and consistent delivery of service
  • Provide light technical support for virtual training sessions (Zoom/Teams), liaising with facilitators and clients as needed
  • Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met for both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Support the People Team with onboarding new joiners, tracking holiday and absence, and maintaining HR-related admin

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a client coordination, operations, or admin role within a fast-paced, service-led environment (consulting, training, events, or similar)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
  • A proactive mindset and positive, can-do attitude—someone who takes initiative and solves problems independently
  • Interest in building a long-term career and contributing meaningfully to a values-led team

What’s on Offer

  • Join a people-first, employee-focused organisation that prioritises wellbeing and personal development
  • Work with a dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence and collaboration
  • Hybrid working model based in Central London (2 days in the office)
  • Excellent opportunity for growth and career progression
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
