What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the trusted go-to person for your portfolio of clients, providing expert insurance advice and ensuring they get the best possible cover and service. Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Create tailored insurance programmes that truly meet client needs
• Negotiate with insurers to get the best terms and coverage
• Spot opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business
• Work closely with colleagues to support wider company goals

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years experience in a similar insurance role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The drive to meet and exceed performance targets
• Experience winning and retaining clients
• Solid knowledge of the insurance market and confident negotiation skills
