Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Learning Consultant to assist our clients in identifying their learning requirements and aid Visa University (VU) in establishing a comprehensive and agile framework for customizing existing learning content and creating new bespoke programs to meet specific client needs and educate a broad range of client employees.The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning design strategy, with a proven track record in creating and implementing effective learning programs. They will understand Europe’s regional business priorities, Visa University curriculum, and VU KPIs. They will be responsible for meeting Europe VU revenue, expense, and margin targets and driving sales of new revenue source programs in Europe. The role requires collaboration with clients, VCA colleagues, learning consultants, account executives, and senior Visa executives to drive the best outcomes. The candidate will also have direct client exposure as part of the role. This role reports to the Head of Visa University for EU.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Consulting - Provide Learning Development Capabilities to VU in EuropeLaunch the Learning Consulting Practice in Europe, leveraging processes, frameworks, models, templates, and documentation aligned with Visa Consulting and Analytics and Visa University's vision.Apply human-centered design principles to create customized training programs (bespoke, study trips, immersions) and coordinate client consulting engagements.Develop and execute a model for content solution customization that is adaptable and scalable for diverse client needs.Refine the systematic, human-centered approach for client needs analysis, solution identification, and design, tailored to client roles.Refine scalable evaluation approaches for learning solutions based on KPIs to gauge impact and effectiveness.Participate in budget-related tasks, including vendor management for project support and required systems.Work with regional VU Sales and account executives to understand learning needs analysis offerings and describe benefits to potential clients; join client discussions on qualified leads.Collaborate with the curriculum team to devise approaches to create content and processes that enable VU to offer customized solutions for large-scale opportunities.Identify and map assets within VCA and other functions, including previously delivered bespoke programs.Build a faculty to deliver VU training in languages to support regional businesses.Build rapport and credibility with clients and Visa teams to ensure strong relationships.Business Development - Facilitate sales of new revenue sources including in RegionDevelop a go-to-market strategy for the bespoke product line.Identify and design new revenue sources curriculum tailored to clients’ needs.Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets for new revenue sources.Collaborate with regional resources to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.Track and report against monthly, quarterly, and annual scorecard metrics.Develop client proposals and formalize delivery processes for seamless execution.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between remote and office. Employees are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guideline of being in the office 70% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsExperience in learning, consulting, sales or business developmentExperience in the payments industryExperience in Learning and Development, learning needs analysis, diagnostics, supporting learning and development solutions, and evaluation of learning and development projectsProven track record of developing successful training programsProven external consulting experience, understanding client needs and developing tailored learning strategiesDemonstrated ability to drive innovation and change to improve learning solutionsStrong business acumen and experience in building business practicesExperience in business development and salesExperience managing a budget with revenue and expense forecasting and sales reportingExperience in a matrixed organization with regional collaboration across learning teamsStrong ability to work with a broad range of technical, business, and professional subjects; fast and agile learnerStrong presentation and communication skills, stakeholder management, and influencing at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to translate client needs into actionable project plans and deliverables in the learning design spaceProficiency in German, Polish or Italian would be an assetAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
