Now, we\u2019re looking for a Client Manager to join our friendly, ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Manager, you\u2019ll be the go-to advisor for a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses. You\u2019ll help them stay on top of their finances, make informed decisions, and feel confident about the future.

Here\u2019s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like

  • Preparing year-end accounts and tax returns using IRIS
  • Supporting directors with self-assessment tax returns
  • Reviewing VAT returns and peer-checking colleagues’ work
  • Hosting pre- and post-year-end meetings to guide clients through key milestones
  • Preparing management accounts and attending client meetings
  • Pricing jobs fairly and profitably, and spotting opportunities to add value
  • Staying sharp with Xero and its add-ons (like Dext, Futrli, EPOS systems)
  • Ensuring AML compliance and championing continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • You\u2019ve worked in an accountancy practice and know what great client service looks like
  • You’re confident with IRIS and Xero (bonus points for certification!)
  • You\u2019re tech-savvy and curious about new tools that make life easier
  • You\u2019re organised, proactive, and love helping clients succeed
  • You\u2019re a great communicator who enjoys working with people
